Szkoła Polonijna Orzełki is a non-profit school supported by participating families, donors, and community partners.
Our Early Polish Language Program welcomes young children from Polish-speaking, bilingual, and mixed-language homes into a warm, playful environment designed for early learners. Through songs, movement, stories, art, and imaginative play, children are gently introduced to Polish while building listening and speaking skills, early language development, social interaction, and a joyful connection to Polish culture.
Our Polish as a Second Language Program is designed for children who are beginning to learn Polish or have limited speaking ability. No prior knowledge of Polish is required. Through games, songs, stories, and interactive activities, children build vocabulary, sentence structure, comprehension, and confidence while developing a connection to their Polish heritage.
Children are placed in the age-appropriate program, while instruction is adapted to each child’s Polish-language ability, readiness and individual learning needs. Teachers assess children during the first weeks of class and may adjust classroom grouping or support as needed. Our goal is to help every child feel comfortable, confident and appropriately challenged.
